Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or related field
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute winning business development and sales strategies
• Identify new opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and close deals high value deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from Mactavis' service offerings
• Craft compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Attend relevant events to network, build visibility, and source leads
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and service delivery
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management
Requirements
• 3–5 years minimum experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets
• Strong strategic thinking and idea generation capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Confident, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to understand client pain points and sell value-based solutions
• Familiarity with service-based business development
• Having an existing network of potential clients or partners is a plus.
