Job Overview: This is an unconventional sales role focusing on bringing in corporate bookings, private parties, outdoor catering to offices, and end-of-year events. 

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving event-related revenue for both restaurants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for corporate bookings, private events, and outdoor catering.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and face-to-face meetings (2–3 times weekly) with corporate clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain a corporate client database on Excel, including contact details and meeting records.
  • Submit weekly lead sheets and follow-up reports to track activities and ensure accountability.
  • Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the General Managers to create customized event proposals for clients.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and drive incremental revenue through corporate partnerships

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years as Corporate Sales Manager within the hospitality industry is highly required
  • Strong network in Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and Lekki areas, with knowledge of MNCs and key corporate players.
  • Background in hospitality sales is essential – ideal candidates could be former Sales Managers, Banquet Managers, or those who have handled corporate events and private parties in hotels or restaurants.
  • Proven ability to build a corporate client database and generate leads
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are require
