Sales Executive – Technical Products and Services

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outbound efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Present and demonstrate technical products and services to prospects, aligning solutions with their business needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on
client feedback.
4. Technical Expertise:
-Collaborate with technical teams to design customized products and
solutions for clients.
5. Reporting and Forecasting:
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
-Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of technical products and services, including cloud, security, and networking solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and
collaboratively.
