Overview: We are looking for a Social Media and Content Creation Manager who will own our brand voice across platforms, build a loyal online community, and grow our digital presence globally. The ideal candidate must understand the beauty industry and be well-versed in trends, video content, and engagement tactics for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Build and nurture a community aligned with the brand’s values and target market
• Research and execute timely, relevant content based on trends and audience behavior
• Collaborate with the graphics and marketing teams to ensure consistency
• Monitor KPIs like engagement, growth, and reach, and share weekly reports
• Host or coordinate online campaigns, giveaways, live sessions, and product storytelling

• Strong experience in social media management within UK, US, and EU-based teams
• Proven success in community building and engagement, especially in the beauty niche
