About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to build a brand presence online. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

- Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.

- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.

- Track KPIs and generate performance reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.

- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

- Good understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Capcut, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and manage time effectively.

- Photography or video editing skills is a plus.

Work Structure:

-Hybrid role – 2 days on-site (Lagos office), 3 days remote.

-Must be available for occasional on-site content creation or campaign activities.
