REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 2+ years in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Video Marketing, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

• Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for Afro-textured hair and personal experience with the category is non-negotiable.

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok (trends, algorithm, content styles), YouTube (SEO, audience retention, content strategy), and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

• Video Creation: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and understanding of what makes compelling video content.

• Comfort being on camera is a bonus but not essential if you can direct creators.
